36 Brookridge Drive has returned. Purchased for $2.770 million in 2011, it's been on and off the market since 2013, when it debuted at $3.475. Last year it couldn't fetch $3.150, so today's price of $3.250 seems a bit counterintuitive, but it's an attractive location, so someone will want this, surely.
I do wonder, however, at the kitchen layout: to me, this takes the concept of an "open kitchen" to such an extreme that there's not really a kitchen at all, just an odd collection of oven, sink and sofas.
Just my personal opinion.
