Haven't seen it yet, but it from the pictures, it looks like fun

28 Heusted Drive

28 Heusted Drive

28 Heusted Drive, Old Greenwich, newly built and priced at $3.349 million. Not much of a yard, and the walk-up construction required by our town's hysterical global warmest Town Planner may make bringing groceries and children in strollers problematic, but the builder and architect obviously went with what they had, and it looks good, to my eye. Hey, it's far more interesting than most houses that went up in the 70s.

It's curious that the listing claims 4,500 sq. feet, when the original listing for this as a land sale said FAR permitted just 3,018. Where'd that extra space come from? Not questioning the accuracy of what is being sold, just wondering how they did it.

I like it so far, and hope that it's as cool in person as it looks here.
