Well it's never really too late to wise up - better than never at all. After almost a year of sitting on the market with its priced unchanged at $6.775 million, 8 Cathlow Drive, in Riverside, has taken its second price cut in 21 days and is now asking $5.495.

Great street, nice house, but obviously the wrong price to start off; maybe this will do it..
