The current owner of 125 Pecksland Road grabbed it for $11.1 million in 2011 after it had started at $14.5, and presumably thought he'd snagged a bargain, because he put it back up for sale in 2016 at $12.950. Today it's been marked down to $11.495, and I suspect further adjustments will be called for before a buyer appears, because the market for 14,000 sq.ft. homes is ... "bleak" comes to mind.
