82 Rockwood Lane, $3.775 million. It started off in March at $4 million, dropped to $3.695 million two weeks later, and that attracted multiple bidders. I wasn’t surprised when the price was cut in April, because the owners had paid “just” $2.625 million in April ‘22, and I couldn’t believe that house had gone up so much in value — no improvements of any kind had been made — in such a short time. I was wrong.
