If they feel that self-righteous, maybe they should dissolve the university and give the proceeds to the Little Sisters of Charity

Duke University has removed a statue of Robert E. Lee in the dead of night to appease the demands of student activists. In reporting this story, PJ Media suggests that the school should also take down the statue honoring George Washington Duke, a confederate soldier and slave owner, but I think proper social justice demands more than that.

Duke University is so named because of the huge endowment given it by "Buck' Duke, founder of the American Tobacco Company, which invented the modern cigarette machine and at one time commanded over 35% of the entire cigarette industry. Since their introduction, cigarettes have caused far more suffering, and destroyed more lives, black and white, than R.E. Lee did in all four years of the Civil War.

If selling off the assets and dissolving the school is too much to demand, how about the snowflakes refusing to accept any scholarship grants from the tainted pool of Duke blood money?
