83 Howard Road (loops from Stanwich to Taconic) has sold for $2.225 million. The builder who put it up in 2007 asked $4.2 originally, before accepting reality and selling it to these owners for $2.6 million in 2010. Even that may have been too high (and it must have been, given this latest sales price) but it seemed reasonable at the time, just as $2.225 seems like an excellent price today. Check back in 2025 to see how this has fared.

My pal and business partner Mickster owned the original 1950s house here back in 2005-2008, fixed it up as a rental, and nearly doubled his money when he sold it to this one’s builder back then.
