He's sold his unit (C-15) at 4 Sound Shore Drive, for $2.450 million. He paid $2.3 for it back in 2003, so not exactly a home run, but the selling price is right where the other units are selling these days, so it is what it is.
He started at $3.075 million way back in 2013, so I imagine he's glad to be shed of it.
