Bellwether for upper Round Hill property values?

After 9 years, 591 Round Hill Road, 11,400 sq. ft., 6.6 acres, has sold for $4 million. Started in 2007 at $9.5 million. 2007 was admittedly not a great time to put a mega-mansion on the market, but some areas of town have recovered all or at least some of their value since then. Not up here.
