The agent claims there's public sanitation on the lot, and here's at least some evidence of that. Phew!
Lot #16 on Knollwood, 2.19 acres, potential FAR of 12,000 sq.ft., has sold for $2 million. That's for the front lot: the rear lot, #15, 1.4 acre, sold a year ago October for $1.575 million.
