New today, 5 Indian Head Road, Riverside, $5.575 million. The architect's checked off all the boxes: big kitchen, even bigger master bedroom closet, mud room, finished (2,500 sq,ft) basement. Perfectly fine, we've just seen it before.

But good location, and the price is more or less in line with other new construction over here, so I'm guessing very high 4s to low 5. We'll see.
