82 Rockwood, asked $1.895 million and is pending after 24 days (even quicker,if you allow for the standard contract negotiation between buyer's and seller's attorneys). I wouldn't expect to see this 1955 ranch still standing next year: there are plenty of comps on this street to support a $2 million price for building lots, and why not? It's a location that supports very expensive new homes.
Bidding war here? I don't know, but it wouldn't surprise me.
