David Ogilvy's office has reported three pending contracts
16 Chimney Corner Lane, asking $9.295 million. Gracious old home, direct waterfront (on the cove, but that's close), completely renovated since the owners bought it in 2011 for $6.950.
21 Konittekok Road, $4.2 million. The listing's been pulled from the MLS, so I'm including screen shots of the exterior and the listing details. We discussed this before back when it was listed for $6.8 million, and suggested that it was overpriced. Apparently it was.
3 Dewart Road, $2.750 ask. Meh - 1963 construction, probably selling as land. It sold for $2.7 earlier in 2016 and was almost immediately put back up for sale, so presumably someone's plans changed: indictment or business transfer? Either's likely, in Greenwich.
