241 Lake Avenue has a contract, finally, after kicking around for quite some time. Last asking price was $2.850 and presumably the selling price will be south of there. I'm glad for the agent/owner - she's a friend of mine - but sheesh, she bought it, full price, for $3.3 million in 2007 after it had been on the market less than two weeks.
In fairness, back in 2007, no one expected the Spanish Inquisition.
