25 Selden Lane, okay house on 7.8 acres (including a separate building lot) off Riversville, has dropped its price to $2. 595 million. The place was clearly not worth the $7.5 million it asked in 2009, but even I've been surprised to see it fail to find bottom since then. So, what price will see this move? $2.250? $1.895? Someone should toss a low ball bid at this place and see what happens.
