After 788 days on the market, One Indian Chase Drive has dropped again, and what could once have been yours for $20 million is now available for $12. I see that the owner, clearly miffed at the incompetence of local agents who've failed to produce a buyer, has cut his offered commission, too. 

It's a nice old house whose sort-of-waterfrontage offsets I-95 noise, at least partially, and it will certainly sell at some point, but when?
