While the under-$2 market continues to perc along, our high-end inventory languishes. Today 47 Alpine Road, which sold new in 2005 for $7.2 and was placed back up for sale a year ago at $8.995, cut its price to $7.499 million.
It's a pretty spectacular property, so if there are still buyers in this range, perhaps this latest price cut will do it. If not, not.
