Two more inventory-bloaters hit the market

The $7.5-$10 million market had, until today, 41 houses to choose from. Now you have 43. Seven homes in that category sold in the past year, one more is pending, and five of the sold for at least a $1 million and as much as $4.5 million below their original asking price (and none sold out of the $8s)

Nonetheless, undaunted, two more sellers have appeared, and we now have 2 Dempsey Lane debuting at $9.750 million, and 136 Parsonage at $$8.295.

Curiously enough, 2 Dempsey has chosen not to post a picture of its exterior. New construction or not, surely it can't be that ugly, can it? The seller's agent has, however, posted some interior shots, and she seems to have had it staged with most of the essential elements.

136 Parsonage, 2012 construction and owner occupied, was not staged, apparently, so no orange, no zebra, not even The Chair. Good luck with that.
