After starting off at $4.2 million in 2014, 127 Shore Road, Old Greenwich, has sold for $3.1 million. The sellers paid $3.1 for it in 2009, and other than adding a pool, at the expense of a back yard, don't appear to have done much else, so that original price of $4.2 seemed ill-advised.
