From my contacts upstate and at Yale, rumor has it the Clintons have made a move to buy a house in North Stonington. Coincidence with Malloy's announcement yesterday....I think not. We'll see if this plays out. With the crowded field of Republicans (Lumaj, Boughton, Fasano, Klarides, Herbst, and more to come), Hillary will be a shoo-in. Especially with the Yale support.
