Sale price reported

27 Doverton Drive, $6.450 million. That's a lot of money, but the sellers paid $8.1 for it back in 2012, so they probably weren't doing cartwheels at today's closing. I discussed this house back when it was reported as pending, so I'll lay off it. It's a Mariani house, and I'm not a fan.
