When location trumps the actual house

Well that's always true, or should be, but 12 Wahneta Road, on a great street in Old Greenwich, hit the market nine days ago at $3.095 million and already has a pending - not contingent - contract.

I'm not suggesting that it's by any means a bad house, just that it's a bit more modest than I'd expect for $3 million. But there you have it.
