Technically, it's a Greenwich sale, I suppose

Zero Lake Avenue (no link, no pictures), last asking $9.990 million, reports a pending sale. It's mostly located in New York (30 acres vs 3 underwater acres in Greenwich, taxed at $1,250 by our town), a decent house on the New York side of Conyer's "Lake" (sic). I last saw it when it first hit the market in 2012, and sniggered at its asking price of $17 million. That must have been the market's reaction too, but now, finally, some Bedford resident has stepped up. I'll post the actual selling price when it's reported. My guess? Under $7.5.
