Sooner or later, reality will smack you upside the head

12 Sawmill Lane, four acres and a very, very tired house, has finally sold for $3.7 million. We've written about the property numerous times since it hit the market in 2013 asking $7.8 million, so no need to add more. My guess is that a builder's getting it, with an eye towards carving at least one, maybe two more building lots from it.
