Fudrucker quits as Lottery Head

“I am pleased and happy that I can, again, play the Connecticut Lottery and I will remember my time at the Lottery with fondness,” Farricker wrote in a letter to the quasi-public’s top lawyer. Appointed by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy to head the board overseeing the lottery, Faricker rose to acting president following the resignation of Anne Noble in September of 2016.

And I can finally at least buy a ticket.
