The porch like structure may be unfortunate, though it at least dressed up the otherwise dull front, and I dislike having to carry groceries and kids up stairs to the kitchen, but the house is clean, affordable, and just a stroll away from Laughlin Park, so I'm not surprised it found a buyer quickly.
