Low-to-mid level contract

25 Londonderry drive

24 Londonderry, asking $1.780 million, reports a contingent contract 596 days after starting at $2.395.

Seems like a reasonable price to me. It's on the right (non-Merritt) side of Londonderry, on 2.67 acres, and while it clearly could use another upgrade from its last effort back in 2007, it should make for a nice house (it would have been nice if its builder had raised the roofline a bit, however).

The owners paid $730,000 for it in 1991 which, according to the CPI index, would be $1,322,249 in today's dollars. Depending on how much they sunk into the 2007 renovation (not too much, I wouldn't think), they're doing okay.
