54 Mallard Drive cut its price from $3.925 million to $3.795.

Back in mid-April, when this hit the market at $3.9, I wrote that I'd had to double-check to make sure the price wasn't a typo. Nothing since then has changed my opinion nor, it seems, the market's. A Mallard at this price is a dead duck.
