31 N. Porchuck Road which less than two months ago cut its $10 million asking price to $8.9 has reduced it by another million today. Gorgeous house, but the location's less so.
It sold new in 2007 for $7.850, but those buyers dumped it in 2009 to these owners for $6.625. 2009 was a dismal year for sellers, and the owners accepted their million-dolor-plus loss in just 35 days, and moved on.
This time around it's taking longer, but I do applaud the sellers for addressing the pricing so aggressively.
