Okay, technically One Doverton Drive is not in the "Back Country", because it's just south of the Merritt, but it's far enough up there to qualify, at least as far as buyer resistance is concerned. This house has been on the market since (late) 2015, when it was priced at $10.950 million. Today it's been marked down to $7.995.
