After 845 days, 74 Upper Cross Road has a contingent contract. No word what the final price will be, but it was last seen asking $9.750.
It sold in 2012 for $13.5 million, and when it returned to the market in 2014 it was pegged at $13.890, a price, as we now see, was ill-advised.
