Pecksland continues to underperform

125 Pecksland has switched agents and lowered its price again, and now asks $10.5 million. That's not a huge fall from its 2011 purchase price of $11.1,  but the owner's been trying to sell it since January, 2016 (priced at $12.995) yet here it sits.

I suspect this is the latest, but not the last price cut we'll see here. To me, the house is unfortunate in every way.

I believe that's at least one zebra on the wall...
