Just received this from the Riverside Association (FYI, Malloy vetoed a bill that would have given towns some right to reject developers' projects that add a few units of "moderate income units" to bulldoze through local zoning restrictions. Thanks.)
UPDATE, 7/25: Malloy's veto was overridden yesterday, giving towns some breathing room and protection, for now, from the mandate.
P&Z Commission Public Hearing: Tuesday, August 1st
Please plan to attend this meeting and speak out.
Public Hearing begins at 7:15 PM.
