Busted deal

11 Anthony Place, which reported a contingent contract last June, is back on the market. Interestingly enough, it was last asking $645,000, and now demands $655,000. That first contract came just six days after the house hit the market, and I'm guessing that there was a bidding war here, and $655,000 was the winning bid.

Guess we'll see whether lightning strikes twice.
