On the market since 2012, when it started at $3.295 million, 201 Clapboard Ridge, 7+ acres, has sold for $1.525.
I don't believe it's subdivisble, and there are wetlands, but all in all, a very nice property, on the Round Hill Road end of Clapboard Ridge. Overpricing didn't help here.
