5 Meadow Place, asked $7.195, got $6.650 after just 56 days. It claims one-acre, which counts for FAR purposes, and 617' of direct waterfront, but judging from the aerial, I'd guess almost half of that land and waterfront are unusable.
Still, a beautiful location, and there's very little waterfront being produced these days.
I must say, this sale price for land makes me rethink my criticism of the price of 11 Cove Road in Lucas Point. Not the same land, but new construction, in the water and in Lucas Point at $7.475 doesn't seem so far-fetched after all.
