39 Bote Road (off lower Stanwich), $1.995 million, 20 days. It tried for $1.979 back in 2010 without success, which is a pretty good indication of where we were in 2010. Still not out of the woods, yet: the house sold in 2006 for $2.075.
Nicely renovated/expanded older home, and Bote's a quiet street, close to town. Makes sense.
