26 Chapel Lane, Riverside (September listing), went to contract in mere days and closed yesterday at $1.035 million. Probably headed for the dumpster, but as a Riverside starter home, it could work (no worse, certainly, than Pal Nancy’s and my own starter, though ours was priced at $40,00, back in the day, and three states north of here).
