51 Glen Avon, Riverside, for instance, has closed at $14.5 million. It started off back last March at $15.9: $14.5 is close enough to that to be an impressive figure. Funny that, if it's Long Island Sound waterfront, I-95 noise doesn't seem to deter buyers.
