67 Lockwood Road, asking $2.975 million, is reported as pending. The owners paid $3.2 million for it in 2007, when it was new. That's not a huge loss, even assuming the final selling price is going to be lower than ask, but there was a time when real estate, especially in Riverside, appreciated over time, not depreciated.
