91 Brookside Drive,which sold in 2006 for $3.050 million after just two weeks on the market, languished this time for over a year before closing yesterday at $2.575.
Nice house and a great, central location, so I'm a bit surprised at the market resistance to this one, though I'll admit that the charm of older homes continues to elude younger buyers.
