569 Indian Field Road, which started in May, 2017 at $4.1 million, has now dropped to $3.6. It’s a functionally obsolete house on 0.9 acres in a 2-acre zone, which limits new construction to a maximum FAR of 3,528 sq. ft., including garage, etc., and its existing 4,510 sq. ft. seems irredeemable.
Obviously, that’s just one man’s opinion, but so far, the marketplace has echoed my sentiments, so …..
What will the true value of this house prove to be? I don’t know, but I’m guessing today’s price cut won’t be its last.
