It’s a great house, custom built by one of the town’s best builders, but it was designed for a couple with grown children, and their needs dictated a layout that isn’t particularly family-friendly. The original price didn’t help its prospects, due to this development’s falling values, and the combination of wrong price and idiosyncratic layout kept this house on the market far longer than I’d have expected.

Nothing that can’t be corrected, and the buyers will have a solid base to modify to their taste.
