Dearfield sale

11 Dearfield Lane, sold for $2.475, on an original asking price of $3.3 million. The sellers paid $2.9 for it in 2006, so that’s not too bad a hit. I’m guessing that its next sale will be still lower but, for now, decent price for a charming house in a close-to-town location.
