Back country sale pending

17 Cameron Drive (off N. Stanwich), is pending just 45 days after being listed at $3.450 million. The owner paid $4 million for it in 2000, but I’m sure he’s pleased to get this over with so quckly, and all credit to listing agent Bill Andruss for coming up wih a price that accomplished that.
But mark another markdown for our Grand List.
