Contract fail

474 North Street, reported as under contract October 24 when it was priced at $2.675 million, is back on the rolls at $2.250. Back in 2006 it was listed at $5.495, but that was a Tamar price, and those were exuberant even when the market seemed destined to soar skyward forever. Still, at, say, $2, this might be a good deal; depends what caused the contract to collapse.
