49 Wildwood Drive sold Friday for $1.2 million. It started off in September, 2017 at $2.395, and lingered in that price range for too long. It looks like a deal at its closing price.

And 18 Tait Road, Old Greenwich, sold for $2.545. Odd little house, it wasn’t helped by last year’s opening price of $3.590.
