A (minor) miracle in the back country
/62 Sumner Road, asking $2.995 million, has a pending deal after just 149 days on the market. Equally surprising, the owners paid $2.3 for it in 2001, so they seem to be coming out ahead. There have been a number of sales on Sumner Road this year, so it’s obvious that not everyone is turned off by the 45-minute commute to town. Good for them.
30 Will Merry
It’s mid, not back country, but I’ll note that 30 Will Merry Lane, $3.295 million, is also pending, after beginning last year at $4.490. I’m guessing that the final figure will start with a 2, and not a 3, but that’s just a guess.
