Mid Country contract

19 Andrews Road, discussed here in the comments section last week or so, is asking $2.950 million and is now reported under contract. Owners paid $4.6 for it in 2007, which proved to be a mistake, but at under three, this is a charming, 1928 home in a very convenient location. Some updating wouldn’t hurt, but again, at this price, the buyer’s probably safe spending the money.
