30 Park Avenue, Old Greenwich, listed for $2.795 million just seven days ago and is already reported as pending, meaning no contingencies. Sold new in 2011 for $2.5, so not a bad deal at all for the seller — if not quite rent-free living, reasonably close to it. And for a house that lacks a garage!
